Meteor Parking - Pescod Square, Boston

Project Techniques were appointed by Meteor Parking to manage the fit-out of a 378 space multi-storey car park which forms a key part the new Pescod Square shopping development in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Our work involved the specification and procurement of contractors for the fitting out of management offices including the installation of specialist control systems and CCTV equipment using the latest wireless technology.

Project Techniques were responsible for obtaining all statutory consents and landlord approvals for the works, including the procurement of signage, ticketing and control systems.

The facilities aim to provide the highest standards of personal security with fully monitored CCTV coverage, help points and manned patrols. The car park has been nominated for a Secured Car Parks award.

The installations were successfully completed on time for the opening of the shopping centre despite extremely short timescales.
