Hey Potato!

Project Techniques celebrates the launch of a brand new fast food concept with the opening of the very first Hey Potato! store at Frenchgate, Doncaster.

This is the culmination of over 18 months work with entrepreneur owner DC Patel. Working alongside retail design specialist Tait Design, Project Techniques have played a key role in developing the store concept and look and feel of the operations.

Hey Potato! intends to take the baked potato market to a new level by offering innovative menus, special healthy options and a quality promise which means that all potatoes are cooked and eaten within 1 hour.

Project Techniques have also been responsible for project management of the store opening, coordinating statutory approvals, liaising with landlords, controlling budgets and supervising contractors to ensure that the first store was opened on time.

Project Techniques have been retained to open future stores and will shortly launch the second outlet at Pyramids Shopping Centre, Birkenhead.
