Senior Project Managers should possess a minimum of 10 years experience (Project Managers, 5 years) implementing projects, either with a consultancy or in a corporate environment. We are looking for broad experience in all aspects of successful project management; analysis, definition, implementation and closure, and seek people with an eye for detail who can think on their feet and genuinely add value to our clients' businesses. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work successfully at all levels of a business and be good communicators, with excellent report writing skills. Detailed working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project is essential along with an understanding of process mapping tools such as Visio. You will be required to take full responsibility for delivery of projects from definition and specification through to completion and handover. We are looking for experience in some of the following areas: retail shopfitting, infrastructure and roads, multi-storey and surface car parking, residential care, commercial fitting out and new build commercial projects. You should preferably be degree qualified or have membership of a professional institute but alternative qualifications may be acceptable. A formal project management accreditation such as PRINCE or PMBoK would be an advantage but is not essential. You should be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. Experience of other management software such as Visio would be an advatage but is not a prerequisite. You should be a good report writer and communicator who is comfortable working at all levels.
